hellloooo!
i'm stuck in london for attachment which starts next week. :\
and most pple have gone home! so it's quite sian here. -_- but my friends and i have gone shopping to kill time. :D summer sales started this week!! like the great singapore sale right. lol. wheeeeeee!

wahh must mention about abercrombie&fitch's flagship store here. it's damn cool. it's like a club inside!! dark and clubbing music. and the sale assistants-- hot guys and girls who are supposedly part time models (according to my friend). ehhh but the clothes are arranged soooooo neatly and the jeans are in glass displays. makes it seem like a "see no touch" place. :\
haha and the strange thing is that they dont' even have a signboard outside. just a white mansion-like convert, off regent st.
lol sounds like i'm advertising for them. -_- interesting mahh.

london's weather is realllly weird. it's not even summer. it's like reversing back to winter now!! brrr. :\

heard that junior class is gonna celebrate class bday? :D enthu.

for those who are too stupid to read so many words, those in bold are the essentials

dear all, as you may already know, hongyu and i were unable to secure a 2 day chalet, which the majority voted positively for, because all the saturday slots for the month of july have, tragically, been booked out in all chalets (at least all those that hongyu checked with). since july won in the polls, and not wanting to let everyone, who has been waiting in eager anticipation, down, we have therefore decided to go ahead with a 1 day chalet at aloha changi "fairy point bungalow 2", on july 22nd, sunday.

i understand that most of the guys have national service commitments to attend to on monday, and will possibly not be able to stay the night, however, i appeal to all of you to take monday off, and spend a fun filled day in the company of your ex classmates, eating, gaming, alcoholing, and sexing. hongyu insists we have a barbeque, and juniors be invited as well. other details, such as the amount that each will have to pay and all that crap, have yet to be ironed out. although this is merely a prelude to the one that we'll have in december, i guarantee buffoonery of the highest quality, not like those other outings put together by chenghao.

of course, if i do not relate the tribulations and hongyu and i went through to finally arrive at this moment, i'd be doing a great injustice to the amount of hard work that hongyu has put in. initially the plan was the book a place at aloha if zijian's changi fell through. but aloha was full, contrary to what zijian had told us previously. then hongyu found vacancies at coasta sands, but the AXS machine that he went to didn't work. and then their fucking online booking was down. if you don't know how coasta sands works, they've got a special rate for NTUC members and those who book through the internet/AXS machines. else you pay the "published rate" which is about an additional $120. so we began a frantic search for an NTUC member, but concluded that hongyu would call them up the next day anyway. he called them up, and was told that they didn't have vacancies for the 21st to 23rd period anymore.

that was a dark period for the both of us, who were faced with the possible falling through of our chalet plans, and having to disappoint the class with the declaration of the news. we exchanged many messages trying to find the best solution to the predicament. hongyu suggested staying 1 day at coasta sands, and another day at some other chalet with 4 hours between check out/in time which would be spent hanging out at the beach. he scoured other chalets (coasta sands sentosa, previously overlooked because of its size), but could not find any availabilities. we eventually came to an agreement that the holding a 1 day chalet in july and then another 2 day chalet in december would be the most desirable. hongyu then attempted to enlist the help of an rv friend in booking the place at a cheaper price, but that didn't work out. we had few options remaining, and it seemed we would have to book aloha loyang for $270 a night. but luck shone through at the last minute, hongyu found a place at aloha changi. decent. cheap. available. i booked it.

come for the chalet, it was the product of lots of hard work. i shall use it to decide whether the december venture is worthy of undertaking, cause after all the work that i've had to put in for the july one, poor turnout is just going to be very demoralising. much credit goes to hongyu for assisting me in organising. i blame the army.

ladies and gentlemen... all the sats slots in july are unfortunately taken. so we can only book for one nite. unless the one from hometeam ns gives me one on sat. if not... this time the chalet will most prob be on the 22nd.. yeaphz. so maybe we can meet up early on sun, then check in and chill... guys.. i noe all of u all have to work on mon. but if can take off, leave, or sth lar.. if not jus come chill till atnite lorzz.. do u guys wanna invite juniors? oh and its most prob at aloha loyang.. ya... oh then dec we will have another one.. this time will be swee swee.. but hopefully u all can make it lor.. most of the guys ORD alr.. except me. knnccb.. hahah.. girls hols or sth.. try to make it lorz.. ya? its hard to catch up now that we are in ns and uni.. so try ur best to go for these gatherings. yeahpz.. merci.
